3525583 - HTML5 applications not loading in Work Zone after October 4th 2024

Symptom

  • Since October 4th 2024, HTML5 applications are not loading in Work Zone.
  • After clicking in the apps, the 3 dots loading screen is displayed but the application never loads.
  • In browser console, the following error is seen:
    Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'message')
        at a.n [as initialize] (EnvironmentServiceFactory.ts:119:96)
        at async i.e [as createInstance] (EnvironmentServiceFactory.ts:206:77)                                                                                                                                                          Error likely caused by:
    TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'message')
