Symptom

Unable to delete entries in the configuration activity "Define Account Assignment for Materials (ID: 102173)".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Deletion of entries is not supported in the configuration activity "Define account assignment for materials" (ID: 102173).

Resolution

  • If there is a SAP-facing role, the solution is as follows:
    1. Reach out to the role.
    2. Request for raising the expert configuration request to delete entries in the configuration activity "Define account assignment for materials" (ID: 102173).
    3. After the deletion request has been approved, raise an incident to XX-S4C-OPR-SRV and ask for sending the incident to XX-S4C-SRV-CON component (Expert configuration ) in order to proceed with configuration.
  • If there are no above-mentioned roles, it is recommended to submit a feature request via the  Customer Influence Portal to accomplish the deletion of entries.
