3525637 - IBP: Connection to the CI-DS system has failed

Symptom

When checking CIDS task from IBP Application Job app, an error message is received stating "Connection to the CI-DS system has failed; check application logs".

Relevant error message in the Application Logs app as follows:
Exception 'Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: <SOAP_FAULT xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode><faultstring>Login failed</faultstring><detail><ns2:WebFaultException xmlns:ns2="http://webservices.dsod.sap.com/"><faultCode>Connection:Authentication</faultCode><faultString>There is a problem verifying your ID. Contact SAP Support and provide log ID \{0\}.</faultString></ns2:WebFaultException></detail></SOAP_FAULT>'
