3525639 - Create Standard Cost Estimate for Specific Valuation Type and Plant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Need to create Standard Cost Estimate for specific Valuation Type(such as Z0) and Plant.

Mark one segment as inhouse segment. With that the costing result of header segment is transferred to the child segment with inhouse flag. 

Put the flag to "In-house mandatory" in the valuation category B and set the default valuation type as Z0 for it. The cost estimation result is transferred to the child segment with valuation type Z0.
