3525761 - User's Learning History of an OCN Course is Earlier than Item Creation Date

Users have a learning history record of an OCN course that is earlier than the item creation date.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. User completed an OCN course out of LMS
2. Administrator integrate this OCN course to LMS as an item
3. Note this user has a completion record in learning history without complete it in LMS, and the completion date is earlier than the item creation date

This is expected system behavior.

The situation could happen when user completed a OCN course outside of LMS first and then the course was synced to LMS.

If there are concerns that the completion time of the ONC course being earlier than the creation time may cause confusion, it is recommended to address this matter with the provider.

Please note that LMS does not validate that the creation of an OCN Item must precede the user's completion of the OCN Course.
