3526076 - Issue with Document Number Removal in VA*2 Transactions After applying note 3437715

Symptom

  • After applying note 3437715, issues are encountered in VA*2 where the document number is not retained in situations where a user attempts to open a sales document that is system-blocked.
  • The user attempts to open the sales document immediately after saving, and encounters message No. V1042: "Sales document 22420072 is currently being processed".
  • Upon confirming the message, the document number is lost. This was not the case prior to the application of note 3437715.
