3526092 - Account Linking via FIDO Not Supported in SAP Customer Data Cloud for Mobile

Symptom

  • An issue arises when trying to link accounts via FIDO in SAP Customer Data Cloud for mobile.
  • The error message "400006 The provider is either disabled in disabledProviders or it must be explicitly enabled in enabledProviders" is displayed when trying to link to a FIDO account.
  • The issue is observed in both Android SDK core-v7.1.1 and iOS Swift SDK core/v1.7.0.
