3526133 - 404 Error for Content with AICC Wrapper in Mobile Browser

• When attempting to launch content in mobile browser, 404 error occurs.
• The issue occurs only when AICC wrapper is enabled and there are localized special characters in content file name.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access the LMS through a mobile browser.
2. Attempt to launch a content with AICC wrapper enabled.
3. 404 error occurs.

The issue arises due to the combination of AICC wrapper and special characters in the content URL. When the content URL contains locale special characters and the AICC wrapper is used, the content fails to load on mobile browsers.

Encoded locale characters in mobile filename will be fixed in 2505 release.

Until then, please disable AICC or remove special character in file name and import again, Refer to See Also Section for supported characters in content objects and content URLs.
