3526250 - Failure to Register Class due to Import Data Tool error

The Import Data tool fails for class registration, resulting in an error message: "The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM and navigate to and go to Learning Administration > System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data > Action: Import Data >
2. At 'Entity Type', choose "Registration" and upload the file with the necessary data >
3. Submit the job and download result once completed >
4. Note in the downloaded file, there is error message: "The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed."

The Scheduled Offering ID and/or User ID columns have the wrong format in the file.

• To validate a cell's format, please refer to the KBA 3524611 - Import Tool Failing: The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed.

Please make sure to keep each column's default format. That is, when adding data to the import file, please make sure to keep the cells in the same format as when the template was downloaded.

For example, for the User ID column the default format is Text.
