3526250 - Failure to Register Class Due to Import Data Tool Error

The import data tool fails for class registration, resulting in an error message: "The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login and go to Learning Administration>Import data
2. Choose "Registration" and upload the template
3. Submit the job and download result once completed
4. Note in the downloaded file, there is error message: "The entity could not be added because the system failed to import it. Please import again the entities that failed."

The Scheduled Offering ID/User ID are formatted as text in the template file.

1. Remove the text format from the Scheduled Offering ID/User ID.
2. Convert both columns to numbers.
3. Retry the import process.
