3526264 - Error When Adding New Performance Review Template or Goal Template

When add a new performance review template or goal template, an application error occurs.
Error message=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring

• SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Navigate to Manage Templates.
2. Click add a new template button under Performance Review tab/Goal Plan tab
3. Select a template and click Add to my instance, error occurs
   fingerprint=Exception stackTrace is empty
   errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support if the issue keeps occurring

The issue is caused by an exception caught when getting a DB connection from Content Management Data Source. 

The system may require several days to resolve the connection issue.

As a workaround, please use saving the existing template as a new one or upload the xml in provisioning.

Note: in order to make changes in Provisioning, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options.
