3526503 - Decimal notation issue when printing characteristic results to custom QM form

When printing specific characteristic results to a custom QM form - for example via transaction VL02N or a certificate -

• the decimal separator is changed from '.' (period) to ',' (comma) or vice versa;
• a multiplication by 10 takes place on the printed value compared to the recorded result;
• the form MOVE_FLTP in function module QIBP_INSPCHAR_GETRESULT returns an incorrect value. Especially, the WRITE statement in the form:
  "...
  WRITE: l_fltp_value EXPONENT 0 DECIMALS l_stellen
           TO p_result. 
  ..."
