Symptom

The following error occurs "Specify at least one number for the business partner"using the SAP_COM_0008 web service 

Environment

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Replicate Business Partners to an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system via SOAP Webservice SAP_COM_0008.
  2. The error "Specify at least one number for the business partner" is raised.

Cause

The payload must include the communication system details.

Resolution

  1. Open the Communication Arrangements APP.
  2. Choose the Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0008.
  3. Choose the Communication system.
  4. Enter system details & save.
