3526534 - Trial Balance: Unexpected amount for Starting Balance in a row with value # (hash) under some added dimension

In Fiori App F0996 "Trial Balance", an unexpected amount under column "Starting Balance" is displayed for a row with value # (hash)  for an account assignment dimension. However, all the postings to the selected G/L account have such account assignment filled at table ACDOCA.
