3526556 - S/4HANA 2023: cannot have more than one primary key: /1LT/*

You noticed SLT tables missing primary indexes in DB02 transaction after the upgrade to S/4HANA 2023. Checking this further, you see that the indexes do not exist at DB level and trying to create them manually via SE14 or DB02 transactions, there are errors with Primary key, similar to the below:
