3526573 - Checkpoints: SAC Datapoint Comment Function using SAC BW|BPC Live connection

Model is using SAP BW|BPC live connection, user gets SAC Data Point Comment errors like: 

1. SAC:
   1. Adding comments failed. Please contact SAP support.
   2. [object Object]
   3. Comment not visible in View mode but visible in Edit mode
   4. Not able to add SAC comment
   5. Users see different comments displayed
   6. After table filter, page filter, story filter changes, some comments are no longer visible
2. BW： 
   1. RSDOC 059 "Comments on empty cells are not possible"
   2. RSDOC 064 "Used document type 'text/html' is not supported"
   3. RSDOC 050 "Document does not exist or insufficient authorization"
   4. HAR network trace shows error related to MessageClass: "RSDOC"
   5. SAP BW side: add comment request failed" "Please check the SAP BW request for more details"
3. HAR network trace
   1. shows "Service cannot be reached"
   2. "An attempt was made to execute a dynamic method callon an initial(NULL-) object reference. The reference must refer to an object."
   3. "Exception Class": "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL"
