3526573 - Checkpoints: SAC Datapoint Comment Function using SAC BW Live connection

Model is using SAP BW live connection, user gets SAC Data Point Comment errors like: 

1. Adding comments failed. Please contact SAP support.
2. [object Object]
3. Comment not visible in View mode but visible in Edit mode
4. Not able to add SAC comment
5. Users see different comment displayed
6. RSDOC 059 "Comments on empty cells are not possible"
7. RSDOC 064 "Used document type 'text/html' is not supported"
8. RSDOC 050 "Document does not exist or insufficient authorization"
9. After filter changes, comment is no longer visible
10. HAR network trace shows error related to MessageClass: "RSDOC"
11. HAR network trace shows "Service cannot be reached"
12. SAP BW add comment request failed" "Please check the SAP BW request for more details"
13. HAR network trace shows error  "An attempt was made to execute a dynamic method callon an initial(NULL-) object reference. The reference must refer to an object." "ExceptionClass": "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL"
