Job requisition box/tile is blinking/vibrating when the mouse is being hovered at the bottom of the tile on an RMK Career site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go an RMK Site. 
2. Click on "Search Jobs".  
3. Hover the mouse at the bottom of the box/tile of any job requisition. 
4. The animation of the box/tile is blinking or vibrating. 
   

As confirmed by the engineering team. This is an expected behavior and this is how the animation of the search tiles is designed. There is no option in CSB to turn off or change this behavior. An enhancement is required if the customer wants to have control over this configuration in CSB.
