Symptom

  • When attempting to update the Work Order Information in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, an error message is encountered:

The start date of work order XXXX cannot be scheduled later than the next Job Information record. Delete the Job Information record, and try again. 

  • This issue occurs when trying to update the start and end dates of the Work Order
