• In the Add New Employee workflow, all fields, including those not changed, are displayed on the workflow details page.
• The visibility of these fields cannot be controlled by permissions, leading to potential confusion for users.
• This issue is particularly noticeable in scenarios such as Add New Employees, Add Global Assignment or Add Concurrent Employment.

1. Initiate the Add New Employee, Add Global Assignment or Add Concurrent Employment workflow.
2. Observe that all fields, including those not changed, are displayed on the workflow details page.

The Add New Employee/Add Global Assignment/Add Concurrent Employment workflow details page is designed to show all enabled fields by default. The visibility of these fields cannot be controlled by permissions.

Unfortunately, the current product functionality does not support the ability to control field visibility in the workflow details page based on permissions. It is suggested to raise this requirement in the Customer Community.
