3526693 - Duplicating or (exporting and re-importing) story report in report center of same instance is showing same report name

In report center, If user A creates Story Report 1 and if user B export and import same report, then report with same name Story Report 1 gets imported.

1. Navigate to Report Center with user A
2. Create story report 1
3. Now either proxy to user B/ login with User B account
4. Export report: story report 1 and re-import same report
5. Report with same name : story report 1 is imported successfully

This is currently expected behavior . From SAC side, we can see the story is imported under the same name in the user's private folder. From the underlying database, the two stories with the same exist in different private folder. 

Working as expected from SAC side.
