When you try to post goods issue for an outbound delivery, you get the error message VL171 "Status of inspection lot & / partial lot & does not allow good issue".
More specificly, every time you reproduce the issue, the inspection lot number in the error mesage is different and you cannot find the corresponding inspection lot in Display Inspection Lot app.
