3526825 - "Date of Birth" Field Not Available in Recruiting V2 Table Report - Recruiting Management

The standard "Date of Birth" field is not available when creating a table report in Recruiting V2 Reports despite the field being defined in the Application template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. From the Homepage, navigate to the 'Reporting'
2. Select 'New'
3. Select 'Table'
4. Select 'Recruiting V2' from the dropdown
5. Select 'Application' from the columns
6. Notice that Data of Birth is not available to select

The reason Date of Birth is not appearing is because of the following setting you have selected in 'Manage Recruiting Settings'

'Hide standard job application Date Of Birth from Ad Hoc Reports'

Uncheck the setting 'Hide standard job application Date Of Birth from Ad Hoc Reports' in Manage Recruiting Settings under Applicant Profile Settings
