3526956 - Uncontrolled Layout Changes When Adaptation Mode is Disabled in User Settings

Symptom

When turning off "Adaptation Mode" toggle in User Settings, the layout of your UI changes.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Cause

It's happening because there is a changeElementSequence change transaction created in adaptation and once adaptation is disabled then that change will not be reflected anymore. And if once again adaptation mode is enabled the change will appear as before.

Resolution

This is expected behavior of the system.
