3526975 - Intrastat: Error /ECRS/BL_TD003: Unable to Modify Released Declaration occurs

Symptom

  • When running transaction VE01 or using the app "Select Dispatches and Customer Returns" (App ID F2507), error message /ECRS/BL_TD003 (You cannot change a declaration with status "Released") is displayed.  
  • When running transaction MEIS or using app "Select Receipts and Returns to Supplier" (App ID F2508), error message /ECRS/BL_TD003 (You cannot change a declaration with status "Released") is displayed.
