3527002 - My Timesheet V4 - Relevant configuration

Symptom

The user wants to use maintenance view V_HRFIO_FEAT_LST to configure My Timesheet Version 4 but there are no entries available in this view

  • The feature list of entries are not available when browsed through SPRO (SPRO -> Personnel Management -> Roles and Self-Services (SAP Fiori) -> Employee Self-Service (SAP Fiori) -> My Timesheet -> Enable or Disable Features)
  • or SM30 -> View: "V_HRFIO_FEAT_LST" -> No entries available

Below is a table of the available features and their description:

Disable Display Mode

If enabled, only edit mode will be available

Disable Grid Entry

Removes the vertical/horizontal view toggle and allows vertical entry only

Disable Hours Field

Disables editing of the hours fields in time recording

Disable Recorded Target Header

Disables the Recorded Target hours in the Header of the application

Disable Vertical Entry

Removes the vertical/horizontal view toggle and allows Horizontal entry only

Enable Check Button

Enables the check button for checking timesheet entries before submitting

Enable Clock Times In Assignment

Enables hour and minutes (HH:mm) time recording instead of decimal input (x.xx), If enabled, considers clock times for copying

Enable Collapsed Header

When enabled, the header will be collapsed by default

Enable Copy Assignment Header Info

The amount of data copied while using copy of assignments feature can be influenced. By default, only accounting attributes of the assignments are copied while copying assignments.

Enable Copy Comments

When enabled, the comment/note will also be copied

Enable Copy End Time To Next Row

When clock times are enabled and another time entry is created for the same day, the start time of the new entry will equal the end time of the previous entry

Enable Copy Target Button

Enables the 'Copy from Target' button for the time recording. This functionality allows the user to use an assignment to fill the pending hours of a week

Enable Form Entry

Enables the form entry option when recording time entries

Enable Multiple Profile

When enabled the 'Switch Profile' button will be available

Enable Negative Time Recording

Enables Negative Time Recording and removes the "Missing days" and "Recorded / Target" indicators in the application

Enable Next Day Indicator

Enables the 'Next Day' indicator in assignment creation and time recording

Enable Real Time Absence

Enables Real-Time Absence in Consolidated Time Recording, displaying absences and holidays directly from SuccessFactors

Enable Wage Type Entries Addition To Totals

Enable addition of Wage Type Entry hours to Totals
