3527083 - Duplicate fields displayed on workflow approval page

When reviewing a workflow on the workflow approval page, fields appear duplicated or repeated despite being configured only once.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Submit a workflow for the affected object.
2. As the workflow approver, access the Manage Workflow Requests page.
3. Observe that certain fields are duplicated or repeated.

A group is created on the UI without any fields being added to it.

1. Identify the location of the empty group on the current UI and remove it.
2. If locating the empty group is difficult, re-create the UI and assign it to the affected object.
