3527142 - Internal Error Number [625] During Inventory Processing

System is returning the above error while you are trying to execute Stock Overview query with the But exclude parameter.

1. Navigate to the Supply Planning work center. 
2. Go to the Common Tasks view. 
3. Select Stock Overview.
4. Enter the relevant Storage Location ID.
5. Click on More Filters beside the Logistics Area ID field and activate the checkbox "But exclude".
6. Maintain the Logistics Area you want to Exclude and click Ok.
7. Click Go.
8. System returns the error: Internal error number [625] during inventory processing.

In troubleshooting we found that there is a technical limitation on the usage of Exclude option in select option.

As the empty value is given in Logistics area with Excluding a particular Logistics Area, system is building ranges table in backend due to the EXCLUDE operator. Ranges table has limitations in Select statement due to which mentioned error is getting returned.

In simple terms there is limitation in usage of EXCLUDE and it works only for very small data sets.

Due to the huge number of Logistics Areas in your, we recommend to use the search without the Exclude option and you can then sort the result set. 

You can also narrow down your search by using more parameters since the Exclude option only works on very small data set.
