• This is expected behavior. Badges card is available in Spotlight only.
• 'Give a Badge' option is present in 'All Actions' of Preview and Full Profile.

Some Background elements are available in Legacy Configure People Profile but not available in Latest Configure People Profile

• Only custom Background elements are currently supported in Latest Configure People Profile.

Amount and Percentage fields are visible in Recurring Pay Component and One-Time Payment portlets in View mode in Full Profile; however these fields are neither visible in Edit mode nor enabled in BCUI

• This is an expected behavior. The field 'value' in BCUI captures both Amount and Percentage, however on the UI, for a better user experience, we have two labels Amount and Percentage. For view use case, both fields are displayed. For Amount based Pay components, Amount field has a value and Percentage is blank. For Percentage based Pay components, Amount field stores the value (copied from another standard field 'Calculated Amount' and Percentage field capture the percentage value. Currently, Full Profile is not supported in Edit mode, hence it follows legacy People Profile behavior.

Pencil icon is not available for One-Time Deduction portlet in Full Profile, however it's available in legacy People Profile

• This is an expected behavior. Currently Pencil icon is not available in this portlet. It's not possible to edit One-Time Deduction via Edit/Pencil icon in Full Profile summary card, however you can click on View All and then on the line item of any One-Time Deduction to get Edit option. Also, you can click on All Actions > One Time Deduction for adding new entries.

Where do I see the % of finished profile (finish your profile)  in Full Profile?

• The tool "Finish Your Profile" is no longer available in Latest People Profile.

Full Profile does not support Custom MDF UIs that include Collapsible sections. Even if the UI is added in Configure Latest People Profile, the card is not displayed. Will Custom MDF UIs with Collapsible sections be supported in future?

This feature is currently unavailable. There is no plan to implement it because we want to adhere to the Latest People Profile design pattern.

Can we remove Phone / Email icon if we don't need it?

We cannot remove Phone/Email, but it can be hidden with RBP configuration.

For Contingent Workers, the label 'Contingent Worker' is shows as green in Full Profile (and Preview/spotlight), but in Org chart, it is displayed as purple color.

This is currently expected behavior.

1. Navigate to Admin Tools -> Configure Latest People Profile
2. You can add/create/delete custom cards in a the category.

• Only custom cards can be moved from custom categories to standard categories.
• Standard cards can only be reordered within standard categories, they cannot be moved from standard category to another category.

• You can add up to 30 cards in each standard/custom category.

• You can add up to 20 custom categories.

• Yes, in Configure Latest People Profile, you can select the target groups for the category that should be visible/not.

• In the latest People Profile, external codes for Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, and picklist option IDs can be displayed. But these external codes are not shown by default. It is possible to show the same for more information, see Configuring General Settings for the Latest People Profile. 

• In the latest experience, the People Picker is no longer available but you can instead use the Global Header search, which provides the same functionality. (Refer Differences Between Legacy and Latest People Profile).
• Configuration requirements to use Global Header to search for inactive users:
  • Manage Permission Role -> Administrator Permissions > Manage Hires >  Include Inactive Employees in the search, and
  • In Company System and Logo Settings > Enable the switch "Show inactive user in people search (requires Role-based Permissions)".

• With Full Profile of Latest People Profile, the username cannot be edited in the UI. It should be updated via import only. 
  • Refer handbook User Data in People Profile ("All fields are not editable for all users. For Employee Central customers, the HRIS fields are updated by the HRIS sync process, and the non-HRIS fields can be updated through Import Employee Data admin tool. Non-Employee Central customers can modify the field value through Employee Import admin tool")

1. Navigate to Manage Permission Role > User Permission > Account Data > Enable 'Login Name' permission.
2. Disable the setting Admin Tools > Platform Feature Settings > Hide Usernames in the UI.

• Latest People Profile Standard categories can be renamed via Admin Center -> Configure Latest People profile.

• It is now possible to define which role should be able to see the cards.
  1. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure Latest People Profile > Find the desired card and click on Pencil.
  2. Specify which user roles can access the category.

• Yes, all Live Profile User Information blocks with fields will be migrated as User Information cards on Full Profile.
• These custom cards are grouped into custom categories on Full Profile, following the layout of the legacy experience.
• Block titles will be migrated as card titles.
• Note: If the latest Full Profile was once enabled and configured in your system, the last modified configurations will be overwritten by the migrated configurations.

• For customers that have enabled Pixel Perfect Talent Card (PPTC) on the legacy People Profile, you can now create PPTC reports through Actions on Profile Preview.

• Mini org chart is no longer supported in Latest People Profile
• However, you can access the Org Chart from the Profile Preview and a Spotlight card called 'Reporting Line', which provides similar functionality in the latest experience.

• Configure the Default Screen for MDF objects in Configure Object Definition for the objects to appear in Full Profile. You do not have an option for selecting MDF Screen ID for MDF blocks in Configure Latest People Profile tool like you used to have in Configure People Profile tool.
• Also, run Check Tool for Payment Information / Contingent Worker to ensure there's no configuration issue. 

• With Latest People Profile, the MDF screen ID should now be defined on the related MDF object in Configure Object Definition > 'Default Screen' field.

• If more fields are visible than expected, then please check if you granted the user the “Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only)” permission. 
• We recommend not granting this permission to end users, as it is specifically designed for technical users for integration purposes. Refer to Permission Settings and About technical user for more information.
• Note: We understand that in early releases of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding this set of permissions was needed to view the new hire data in Manage Pending Hire. However these permission are no longer required for Onboarding. Please remove from end-user permission roles.

Refer KBA 3470397 - Out Of Office Information In Latest People Profile

• In Manage Permission role -> Miscellaneous Permissions -> For each of the objects, there are two permissions to control the visibility of Pending workflow details:
  • View Pending Approvals
  • Review Pending Approvals
    
• These permissions are applicable only for the latest People Profile and have no impact in the previous People Profile (PP3) or Manage data page.

• When you enable the latest Full Profile and review contingent workers' profile, you'll notice some additional cards that weren't previously visible for contingent workers in the legacy People Profile. To restrict access to these extra cards in the latest People Profile, ensure that you configure role-based permissions correctly, with contingent workers as the target population.

• The details in the card are displayed only if Recurring Pay Component(s) are added, and these Pay Component(s) are assigned to Pay Component Group(s).

• KBA: 3542411 - Data is not displayed in Compensation Information Card in Full Profile 

In Configure Latest People Profile:

• All cards in a category are unchecked for "Visible on Full Profile" (or no cards are not enabled), but the Category is still shown in employee's Full Profile. OR
• In Full Profile, category is not visible even though permission is provided and cards are configured with 'Visible on Full Profile".

• Changes may take up to 1 hour to reflect on the Full Profile when all cards are hidden. After 1 hour, the system will automatically hide the respective category.

• Similar way If all cards are unchecked for "Visible on Full Profile" and then enabled for the first time, it will take the system 1 hour to reflect the category on the Full Profile.

• It's working as designed. You can Proxy by clicking on the Profile's icon on top right corner > Proxy Now.

The links come from 3 sources: 

1. The links to navigate to legacy People Profile sections when Full Profile is not enabled. You have headers of each section in legacy People Profile. These are converted to links under Links section.
2. Pre-defined links according to the enablement of features, such as Org chart, Performance Management, etc.
3. All the “Employee Profile – Jump To” Menu Location Types configured in Admin Center > Configure Custom Navigation. Please ensure the permissions are set properly here.

2. You can reorder cards within the same category in standard or custom categories.

• Only the Admin can reorder the cards. The individual employee cannot reorder the cards. 
• This is to have consistent experience/views for the employees

• Yes, RBP permissions can be provided via Manage Permission Role for compensation widgets.

• To make the Allow employees to add name pronunciation audio and Allow employees to add "About Me” videos settings available in the admin tool, you must enable Company Settings Enable Media Service Features (Show Me, About Me, My Name) in Provisioning.

• (Inactive) :  Shown for non-EC customers.
• (Past) Inactive: Shown for EC customers.

• You can now configure a deep link to a specific category or details page of a card on a user's Full Profile.

• With 1H 2025 release you can use Configure Latest People Profile, to configure Spotlight and General Settings for the latest People Profile, even if the latest Full Profile is not enabled. 

• This is expected behavior in Full profile of Latest People Profile.
• This will not impact the Legacy full Profile

• In our current mobile apps, field masking is available for all HRIS entities, with the exception of the following:
  • Compensation Information cards
  • URLs to social accounts

1. Navigate to Configure Latest People Profile > Full Profile.
2. Click on any Category > The category id and card ids are displayed.

• For the list of supported cards in mobile app, please refer the table under each of the categories:Full Profile of the Latest People Profile
  • For Example, if you want to check if Alternative Cost Distribution card (In Job Data category) is supported in mobile, then select the 'Job Data' section in the above handbook, and check the column 'On Mobile app?'

Currently there are some portets/cards that are not supported for Contingent Worker which will appear in Latest People Profile despite not been supported or despite configurations or permissions. This will be redesigned in future releases for Latest People Profile.

You can now deactivate the self-description feature in the Configure Latest People Profile admin tool. This prevents employees from writing and displaying their self-descriptions on Profile Preview. By default, the setting Enable self-description is on. For more information, see Configuring General Settings for the Latest People Profile.

Is report count visible for managers like it’s visible in legacy People Profile? or

Can we identify in Profile Preview who is a manager or not? 

Can we have different config UI than already defined UI in Object Definition?
