3527189 - "Insert into oauthaccesstoken" queries in Failed state along with DuplicateKeyException in logs - SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

  • It is observed that a large number of the query: Insert into oauthaccesstoken are in Failed state in Dynatrace, along with the following error messages found in OpenSearch Logs:
    • "org.springframework.dao.DuplicateKeyException: query; SQL []; Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.oauthaccesstoken' with unique index 'authenticationIdIdx_6228'. The duplicate key value is ()......."
