Symptom
- The Save this Item option is not available for contacts in the Outlook Add-In.
- The option is available for other objects like Accounts and Opportunities.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open an email in MS Outlook.
- Launch the Server-side Outlook Add-in.
- Search for a contact randomly in the SSI panel.
- The button "Save this Item" is missing for the object "Contact".
- However, for other objects, the button "Save this Item" is available.
Resolution
The feature to save emails to contacts from the search feature in the Outlook Add-In is not currently supported. This is a standard system behavior. If the feature/functionality is needed as a matter of urgency, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
