3527299 - [FAQ] on New Limitation on the Number of reports in a Report Distributor Bundle

• Post B2411 release, an error occurs when trying to create a new Bundle in the Report Distributor Tool if it contains more than 10 reports/components.

After B2411 release, you can add a maximum of 10 reports to a Report Distributor Bundle when scheduling reports. If you need to include more reports, you'll need to create additional Bundles.

However, this raises a few questions regarding existing Bundles that contain more than 10 reports. Please refer to the FAQ below:

•  What is the impact on editing/adding new reports in the existing Bundle ?
  
  SCENARIO 1: Editing the existing Bundle:
  To replace a report in an existing Bundle, you must delete the report and add a new one. However, if the existing Bundle already contains more than 10 reports, you'll receive a validation message, and you won't be able to add the new report. 
  
  SCENARIO 2: Adding reports in existing Bundle:
  If you attempt to add a report to an existing Bundle that already has more than 10 reports, you will encounter a validation message and will not be able to add the report. 
  
  
• Can the delivery method (offline,sftp,email) of an existing Bundle be changed?
  Yes, We can change delivery method (offline,sftp,email) of an existing Bundle without receiving any validation message. 
  
  
• Can the schedule of an existing Bundle be changed?
  Yes, you can change the schedule of an existing Bundle without encountering any errors.
