How to report on custom fields for different entities in Story reports for Learning

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create New Story Report
2. Add any Entity in the Data Source query such as Item, Class, User, Organizations
3. On the table click the filter icon the select columns
4. Can not see custom fields appear in the list

Custom fields appear in a different table for certain entities with custom fields

Add the custom field table to the entity table for example Item > Item Custom Field

You can do this by following these steps:

1. Add the Item Table
2. Click on the table then click on the option "Show Related Tables"
3. Expand the Learning Entities dropdown
4. Click the + sign on the Item Custom Field table to add the table
