Symptom

When inviting agency candidates to apply, the system automatically inserts the following line in the email body, but the token does not generate the "Generate Password and Login" link.

"If you don’t know your password, click the URL below, and then click: “Forgot your password?”. [[GET_PASSWORD]]"
