In the Modelling Tool, a query is opened and the Data Preview function is used with option "BEx Web Analyser (7.x)". If the query is using variables a variable screen will be shown. Trying to open the value help of a variable leads to a hanging loading animation. The same symptom occurs when trying to drill down a characteristic from the navigation pane.
