3527455 - Warning to user when trying to load Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself

When user access the New Learning Experience page the data for Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself does not load. Warning is displayed for all three:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. From BIZX homepage select Learning from the drop down menu
2. Ensure that New Learning Experience is enabled
3. Sections all load but warning is displayed for Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself
4. "Looks like the data isn’t loading. Some content didn’t load. Please try again later."

The error points to the absence of the permission 'Access Learning Plan' for the particular user.

Without the 'Access Learning Plan' permission, the user won't be able to access his Learning Plan in New Learning Experience Page.

Once the administrator add this permission to the user role, then they will now have access to Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself as expected.

Note: Add 'Access Learning Plan' under 'Learning', not 'Access Learning Plans' under 'My Team'.
