3527455 - Warning to user when trying to load Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself

When user access the New Learning Experience page the data for Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself does not load. Warning is displayed for all three:

"Looks like the data isn't loading.
Some content didn't load. Please try again later."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to the Learning module >
2. Ensure that the New Learning Experience is enabled >
3. Notice that the sections' headers are loading, but they display no content, only the warning.

The error happens for users that are missing the permission 'Access Learning Plan'.

Without the 'Access Learning Plan' permission, the user won't be able to access his Learning Plan in New Learning Experience Page.

Once the administrator adds this permission to the user role, then they will have access to Required Learning, Important Learning and Invest in Myself as expected.

Note: Add the role 'Access Learning Plan' under the 'Learning' section, not to be confused with 'Access Learning Plans' under the 'My Team' section.
