When importing Learning History the job fails with the error The entity could not be processed because an E-Signature is required.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data
2. Select Learning History as the Entity Type
3. Upload file and Submit
4. Job fails with the error The entity could not be processed because an E-Signature is required.

E-Signature is required for the Item completion

If an E-Signature is required for the Item completion, then this will have to be manually completed as the records cannot be imported via via Import tool or Connector.
