3527589 - Insurance Auto-enrollment of Dependents

• An issue is encountered when trying to auto-enroll dependents in medical insurance upon hiring.
• The system is able to auto-enroll employees but not their dependents.
• Uncertainty exists regarding the functionality of the 'Update Enrolled Dependents' action.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits ( LOD-SF-EC-GBF)

1. Hire a new employee in the system.
2. Add dependents for the newly hired employee.
3. Observe that the dependents are not automatically enrolled in medical insurance.

Automatic dependent enrollment is not supported yet.

Once employee got auto enrolled, the user has to add their dependents to his/her enrollment manually.

It needs an enhancement to support dependents auto enrollment.
