Symptom

Database is not coming up.

KnlMsgArchive log shows below error messages:

                                                                           DESCRIPTION:

                                                                           The configured memory set by the database parameter 'CacheMemorySize' is not sufficient to ensure a proper operating database.

                                                                           At the moment about '65536' KB of memory are configured, where about '64464' KB are allocated to the converter and '0' KB are allocated to the data cache.Other components of the database core reserve further '1072' KB.
