3527703 - Event reason field fails to display in termination UI

During the termination process of all employees, the 'event reason' field fails to display.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to employee profile of sample user >> take action >> termination.
2. Observe that the 'event reason' field does not display as expected.

Regarding all the picklist values of picklist - event, Non-unique External Code is missing.

1. Go to Configure Object Definition >> object definition, picklist value >> fields = nonUniqueExternalCode, details >> set Visibility from Not Visible to Editable. 

2. Go to Picklist Center >> search picklist: event >>it can be seen: for all the picklist values, Non-unique External Code is displayed but nothing is maintained.

3. For all the picklist values of picklist - event, maintain Non-unique External Code by setting it as equal to External Code and save. Or it can be done via Import and Export Data tool as well.
