Completed Items showing in users' assigned Items in Learning Administration.

Cause

Completed Items are showing in users' assigned items in Learning Administration due to filter being selected for 'Completed Items' as follows:

Resolution

  • If you untick the filter for 'Completed Items' as follows:

  • Then completed Items will no longer show under users Assigned Items.

There are four filters that are available for viewing the Assigned Items:

  • Completed: This displays the completed free floating items, completed program-based items and curricula-based items. For curricula based items, this includes items that are completed and retraining is zero and expired.

  • Requirements: This displays the assignment types where 'required' is selected.

  • Other Needs: This displays the free-floating items which are incomplete, incomplete programs items, and curricula-based items. For curricula based items, this includes items that are incomplete, items that require retraining, or items that are not expired.

  • All: This includes the results of all the three filters. This filter is selected by default.

Note: The filters will only show if the user has completed Items, Requirements or other needs.
