3527974 - Adding Products by "Add From Product Lists" and "Add from Past Orders" in Sales Orders is Very Slow

When you add Products in Sales Quote by using "Add From Product Lists" and "Add From Past Orders", it keeps loading.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center
2. Go to the Sales Orders work center view
3. Open Sales Order 123 (Where 123 refers to the Sales Order ID)
4. Go to the Products facet
5. Click More
6. Select Add From Product Lists / Add From Past Orders
7. Select a Product from the Product Lists / Past Orders

Result: It keeps loading.

Query to load products takes longer time for some Product List due to how "Order UoM" column is hidden.

"Order UoM" field in Add From Product Lists & Add From Past Orders needs to be hidden by enabling Personalize = True, Set as visible = True and Hide = True. See the screenshot below.

Steps

1. Click User Menu
2. Click Start Adaptation / Start Personalization
3. Go to the Sales work center
4. Go to the Sales Orders work center view
5. Open a Sales Quote
6. Go to the Product facet
7. Click Add From Product Lists / Add From Past Orders
8. Click the Pencil icon of Products
9. Click Drill Down on Order UoM
10. Enable Personalize, Hide and Set as Visible
