Symptom
When using job template Assign Credit Management Role to Business Partner through app Schedule Credit Management Jobs, credit profile is not automatically created after the job finished.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to app Schedule Credit Management Jobs and using the job template Assign Credit Management Role to Business Partner to assign the SAP Credit Management business role to specific business partner.
2. Go to app Maintain Business Partner and search for the business partner maintained above.
3. Select on SAP Credit Management in "Display in BP Role:" field, the credit profile section remains empty.
Cause
The default value of credit profile is not maintained in SSCUI 102623 - Define Checking Rules and SSCUI 103113 - Create Rule for Scoring and Credit Limit Calculation.
Resolution
Please set the default entry for SSCUI 102623 - Define Checking Rules and SSCUI 103113 - Create Rule for Scoring and Credit Limit Calculation.
Taking SSCUI 103113 for example:
1. Go to SSCUI 103113.
2. There is a field "default" on the right side of each Rule. Please select one of them as needed.
And please note that in case of SSCUI 102623, the creation of a new entry is needed, and then select the newly created one as default.
