3528314 - The Load history is not available in DB02/DBACOCKPIT when using SAP GUI for HTML (Webgui)

Symptom

You have observed that the option Performance--> "Load history" is not available in DB02/DBACOCKPIT when using Webgui.

The node is deactivated (grayed out) in the tree. However the option is activated when you use the SAP GUI.

Furthermore you observe in the sections:

  • Performance --> Long-Running System Operations --> “History” button. With SAPGUI for JAVA and Webgui, they show only numbers but no graphics

  • System Information --> DB Size History. With SAPGUI for JAVA and Webgui they show only numbers but no graphics
