Your system access will be suspended on the termination effective date. Ensure that all relevant data is extracted by this date.

If you decide to cancel or terminate the SAP Cloud for Customer subscription contract, please align with the account executives Or CSP's.

After the termination agreement, the data return process is initiated. Both master data and transaction data are returned.

Ensure that all relevant data is extracted.

  Master Data:

  •   A wide range of hierarchical migration template files can be exported.
  •   Master data that can be extracted includes customer data, campaigns, materials, registered products, and price lists.
  •   According to the order form, you must request master data extraction at the same time as your termination request: 30 or 45 days before your term expires.
  •   A request for master data will be processed within 30 to 45 days if it is submitted with the formal termination request.
  •   After the termination effective date, master data extraction will not be possible.

  Transaction Data:

  •   The transaction data is provided by SAP Cloud for Customer reporting functionality.
  •   In SAP Cloud for Customer, navigate to the Analysis work center and choose Reports.
  •   You can download reports in Excel format (column selection and sequence can be changed according to your preferences).
  •   The transaction data must be retrieved before the contract end date.
  •   When the contract expires, the system shuts down.
  •   The tenant or URL is terminated on the contract end date.
  •   On the 15th day of termination, the tenant or URL is physically deleted from the landscape.
  •   Post another 14 days, the backup is also deleted and all traces are completely removed.

3. What types of data are returned to customers after they cancel or terminate their subscription?
A. On or after the termination effective date, your access to the system will be suspended. It is your responsibility to ensure all relevant data is extracted within this date.
