3528663 - Cost center Country automatically derived by Company Code

When creating a new cost center in "Manage Cost Centers" app and adding the Company Code, the Country/Region field is automatically derived and not possible to delete. Error "Jurisdiction code could not be determined" can be raised.

The Country/Region is determined from the Company Code when both the Country/Region and Region fields are empty.

In order to have an empty Country/Region, you can specify a new Region (without a Country) in Configuration Activity / SSCUI 103826 "Insert Regions (Subnational Administration Units)" and then add this Region in the cost center.
