3528855 - Rehire scenario in SAP Success factors with new Employee activate has old employment info in C4C.

Re-hire of previous employee occurs and the previous employee is made active again in Success Factors via the Re-hire scenario whereby the employee is given a new assignment ID and this is used as the employee identifier going forward. The Employee is than replicated to C4C.

Missing functionality with ECSC scenario on C4C, the old employee ID is still being used in C4C and the old employment info is replicated from the success factors system and not taken from the current employment info.
