3528881 - DMEE/DMEEX File Generation with Mandatory Object Not Filled

In DMEE(X) status '1 - Mandatory: object must be filled with a value' is set up for a specific node XX.
In F110 after creating the proposal with payment medium, an output file is generated despite the mandatory object is not being filled.
Error Message No. DMEE013/DMEE_ABA013: No value was output in the file for mandatory object XX.

Example: 
Status 1 is set up for 'L2 Address of the Beneficiary'.
Error: 'No value was output in the file for mandatory object L2 Address of the Beneficiary'.
