3528918 - Birth Date Field required error Candidate Application - Recruiting Management

When a candidate attempts to enter their birth date in the application process, they encounter a "Required field error." This error remains present even if the candidate tries to input the information or clicks on the calendar icon. Although this error does not hinder the candidate from continuing with their application, it creates confusion.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1.  Navigate to external career site. Apply as external candidate.
2. Fill in the "birth date" field. (In the process of filling personal information)
3. Notice the error message and red border around the field.
4. The application can still be processed without issue.
