Symptom

Deployment was failing in the data migration step with the following error:

BUILD FAILED
/opt/hybris/bin/platform/build.xml:139: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/opt/hybris/bin/platform/resources/ant/platformadministration.xml:70: File /opt/hybris/update-config-demo.json can't be found.
