3529116 - Pop Up when opening SuccessFactors Live-based stories in SAP Analytics Cloud

User has created stories based on SAP Cloud Application Connection to SuccessFactors in SAP Analytics Cloud. However, every time these stories open, a popup appears on the screen and does not disappear automatically. 

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud.
2. Create an SAP Cloud Application Connection to SuccessFactors.
3. Create stories based on this Cloud Connection to SuccessFactors.
4. Notice that every time these stories are launched, an SSO authentication pop up appears on the screen. This pop up needs to be manually closed by the user.

SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud are using different methods for authentication or different authentication service providers.

• It is a prerequisite that SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise is configured for SSO on the same identity provider as SAP SuccessFactors. Refer to SAP Cloud Application Connection to SuccessFactors.
