3529229 - Using ChaRM to import ToC encounter error: Table xxx does not contain any entries for TCI yyy

When using ChaRM to import objects to Test systems, sometimes there could be errors in transport log as below:

(The above table names and TCI package names are just used as examples. In real situation, the specific table and TCI package names could be different).

Already checked KBA: 3481462 - Table XXX does not contain any entries for TCI YYY, but it cannot resolve the error.

The resolution in 3481462 could not be applied in current situation, because there are no multiple TRs being transported. There is only one Request being imported by ChaRM.
